There are two levels of Athena membership: Executive and Associate.

Executive Member Application

To be eligible for Athena Executive membership a candidate MUST be employed by a life science, technology or healthcare company, or service provider, that is an Athena sponsor. A candidate must also have sufficient management experience to be considered an executive at the director level (or above) in their company.

Associate Member Application

Open to those on an executive track for advancement and employed by a science, technology, healthcare or service provider company that is an Athena sponsor. This membership category requires sponsorship by a current Athena Executive Member.
