Athena events shall not be used for direct solicitation of business, i.e. seeking job positions, selling products, or services. It is, however, acceptable to utilize Athena contacts for these purposes in an appropriate manner following an event.

Under no circumstances is any Athena list to be used for solicitations without the express approval of the president and the executive director.

If any Athena member experiences inappropriate behavior in this regard, please contact the president or the executive director.
